Katie moved that the announcement that Block & Bridle would host a team for the Hays Trivia Night be amended by striking out the word would an inserting the word could. Motion passed. So the announcement now states that Block & Bridle could sponsor a team for the Hays Trivia Night on April Treasurer's Report: SGA· $3,834.09 Studerrt Activity-$4,452.19 Committee Reports: Uttle I: The sign-up sheets for chairs and co,hairs were passed around again. -~r".c:~ Lacey moves that we set up a table for little I in the Union. Motion passed. t)~' Trip: ----·•;,>!,_ Katie moves to keep the trip in Central Oklahoma with the places previously chosen. Motion passed New Business: T-Shlrts: Jason moves that members pay for club t-shirts from Phase 2. Motion passed. Road Rally: The Road Rally is set to be at 4:30 on April 30"' starting in the Coliseum parking lot. Easel: Katie moves that we purchase a good quality metal easel with a cork board. Someone then moves to amend the motion by striking out the words cork board and inserting flip chart. Amendment passes. So the motion then states that we purchase a good quality metal easel with a flip chart. Motion passed. Group Picture: Jason moves to take a picture after one of the meetings and to wear our Block & Bridle polo's or something dark to blend in. Motion passed. Announcements: (cid:157) SGA tomorrow night with the second reading of the equipment fund. In the Union Ballroom @ 7:00. (cid:157) No meeting next week unless needed.
