The September 5, 2000 meeting of Block and Bridle was called to order by Anthony ( Ogorzolka. Emily read the last meetings minutes. They were approved as read. Amy Zweygardt the treasures report of$550.65 in the activities account and $3074.00 in the on-campus account. Old Business Dues are due by September 27, $15.00 for the new members and $5.00 for returning members. New Business The calling committee was approved and completed. State fair times were announced. The Dairy contest was discussed. A sheet was sent around to sign up to help. Eric W. spoke about Oktoberfest. Two T-shirt designs were presented and the club voted. There will be an open house September 30 for Albertson hall. People are needed to work the information booth and give tours. Becky will be in charge of getting the B&B display case finished. The new initiates BBQ is set to be at Frontier Park. There will be a potluck BBQ and activity. The meeting is set for 6:30. The Docking institute times were set up for Monday. Andy M., Bill P., and Eric W. will be attending the training and calling. The meeting was then adjourned. ( l -,
