For some it’s about attracting the opposite sex, for some it’s about improving self-esteem and building confidence, and for others it’s all about vanity! I’ll be the first to admit that vanity was my driving force initially, although my motivations have since evolved. Quite simply, I was a teenage boy who wanted to fill his measly 33-inch chest with some brawn.
