Admission Requirements for limited enrolment subject POSts A policy eliminating the use of GPAs for admission to limited enrolment programs comes into effect with the Calendar for 2011-2012. Repeating Passed Courses Students may not repeat any course in which they have alreadyobtained credit (i.e., a mark of50% or higherorCR) with two exceptions; i) When students require a course with a specific grade forentry to a limited-enrollment program, they may repeat such a course only once as an “extra” course. The repeated course will be designated an "Extra" course: itwill appearon the academic record, butwill be marked "Extra" and will not be included in GPA calculations or in the degree creditcount. ii)Astudent may repeat up to 1.0full-course equivalent in which he orshe has received a passing markfor reasons otherthan to gain a required markforentry into a Subject POStora course required fora prerequisite.
