The Act was passed and became effective on January 28, 2002. The Regulation was enabled and became effective on March 1, 2002. The Act and Regulation render certain provisions of this Collective Agreement void and provide for certain rights and obligations different from those set out in this Collective Agreement. Those provisions which are impacted by the Act and Regulation are identified by shading.
