80. 810) —Whereas by nofificarion of Government of India in Ministry of Petrotewm

and Natural Gus umber 8.0. 2807(E} dated (3th November, 2010, issued nader sub
section (1) of Sention 3 ofthe Petrolcuma and Minerals Pipelines (Acquistion of Right of
ser in Land) Act, 1962 ($0 of 1962} (hereinafter refered ta as the said Act),
Government of India declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the land,
specified inthe Schodule eppende to tht nutifiation for the purpose of lying second
spur pipeline for tanaportation of natural gas from structures in Andhra Pradesh of Mis
Reliance industries Limited on the tapsoff laciity of Kakinada — Hyderabad = Cran =
Abmedabad trank gas pipeline at Chevuenm village to LANCO Koudapalls Power Pot
Limited at Kondapalt village in Krishna Distict of the State of Andhra Pealesh by M's

Rolianse Gas Transportation (aftastmeture Limited;

And whereas, the copics of the said Gazette uotificatim were made available to the
Public ou orbefored?ind December, 2010,

‘And whereas, the objections roccived fiom the public ua the layiag of the pipeline have
been considered and disallowed by the Competent Authority:

‘And whereas, the Competeut Authority bas under gub-section (1) of Saction 6 ofthe said
Act, submited report te the Government of India;

And whereas, Goverment of India, efter considering she said report end on hing
salisGod thatthe soid tend is required for lying the pipcline, has devided to aequire the
Right of User therein;

[Nowy therefor, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-scetion (1) of Section 6 of the
stid Act, Gavernmont of India hereby declares that the Right of User in the land,
specified in the Schedule, appended to this noGificution, i hereby ucquieed for laying the

pipeline:

‘And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-aestion (4) of Section 6 of the
suid Act, Government of Indiw heveby dicots thatthe Right of User in the said and for

laying the pipeline shall,
