Whereas certain modifications which the Centrat Gevemment proposed fo rake in the Master Pian for Dethi-2001 as mentioned hereunder were published in ne Gazote of Ini, Extraordinary, ee Public Note vide $0. No 328 (E) dated. 15" June, 2008 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance With the provisions of Section 44 of the Delt Development Act, 1956 (61 of $957) inviting objections! suggestions as required by sub-section (3) of Section 41-8 of the said Act, within thirly days trom the date of the said notice. 2. Whereas objections/suggestions received with regard to the proposed wdiication were considered by a committee headed by Viea Chaltman, Delt evelopment Authority ang whoteas tne Conral Goverment have, atte coetly onsidering all aspects of the matter, decided to modity the Master Plan for Delhi 2001 3. _ Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 11-A of the said Act, the Central Government hereby makes the following tmodrfication in the said Master Plan for Dethi- 2001 with effect fromm the date of Publication of this Notification mn the Gazette of India Modification : In Gazette &f India. Part Il section 3, sub-section (i) dated 1.8 90 the following shall be ihcoporated @ On page 184 {\HS) under para (i “Use premises which are permitted in the use ones RD, C1, C2, M1 and MZ", the existing provision ragarding permissibilty of Hotel ‘thal be replaced by the following: “Hotel is pemmited in Commercial Use Zone, Commercial Gentras in industrial use zone, Public & Semi Public factities use Zone ané Transport nodes (ISBT. Railway Station, airpor. Integrated Freight Complex, Metropolitan Passenger Terminal and other use zones where already existing and where building plans are approved by the competent Authority. The maximum Ground Coverage and FAR in such cases shal be 28 per tne sanctioned building plane but In no case exceeding the Permissible coverage and FAR of that use zone. This is further subject to the provision of parking as per norms.” ee 39) ea ey | TO __$ i) On page 185 (RHS)-under "Hetet (032), the existing provisioti shal be replaced by the fotiowing:- “Hotel, Banquet, Conferencing facilities, Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Health Club, Food Court, Discotheque, Retail & Personnel Service Shop & Commercial affice.” Commercial offices, Retail and Service Shops to ba restricted (6 20% of total Floor area. {ii) On page 159 (LHS) in the table undes "Parking Standerd" at Si. No. 8 {ij-against the Usellse premises “Hotef, the folowing shall be incoporated under the: column, “Equivalent car spaces (EGS) per 100 sqm. of Floor Ares” . "3.00 ECS" {(v) On page 162 (RHS) under ‘HOTEL’ (032)" the existing provision shall be replaced by the following:- Maximum Ground Coverage 30%: Maximum Floor Area Ratio 150 Maxiinum Height No restriction Other Control i} Additional 5% Ground, Coverage shall be allowed for providing atrium. In case, the permissible additonal Ground Coverage for abturn is Ullized, 25% of the uliizad ground coverage shall be counted towarde FAR, ji) Maximum 20% of the FAR can be used,for Retail & Service shops, Commercial offices. ii) The tities such a8, undeigsound water storage taink, raot top water haivesting system, ‘sepaiata dry and wet dustbins, post delivery ‘counter etc, are to be provided within the plot.
