G.S.R. 62(E).—In exercise of the 'powers conferred
by sub-section(l)of Section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962
(52 of 1902), the Central Government hereby appoints the
Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise,
Bhubncshwar-II to be the Commissioner of Customs and
Central Excisc, Bhubneshwar-I for the purpose of
adjudication of Show Cause Notice pertaining to
M/s Archean Granites Ltd., Chennai for violation of
• provision of the Export and Import Policy issued vide
No VIII(6)/4/CUS/BBSR-I/99.28970-Aand 28972-A dated
the 24th December, 1999 by the Commissioner of Customs
and Central Excise, Bhubneshwar-I.
