New Delhi, the 6th September, 1996
G.S.R. 408(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 19 of Warehousing
Corporations Act, 1962 (58 of 1962), the Central Government, after consultation with the Government of Kerala, hereby
increases the maximum limit of the authorised capital of the Kerala State Warehousing Corporation to Seven Crores fifty lakhs
of rupees, divided into seven lakhs fifty thousand shares of the face value of one hundred rupees each.
