NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st January, 2000
No. 5/2000-Customs
G. S. R 59(E).—In exercise of the powers con-
ferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs
Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being
satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to
do, hereby makes the following further amendment in
the notification of the Government of India in the Minis-
try of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 34/97-Cus-
toms, dated the 7th April, 1997, namely :—
In the said notification, in condition (iv), for the
words "Pipavav and Dahej", the words "Pipavav, Dahej
and Mundra" shall be substituted.
