NOTIFICATION
Chennai, the 12th January, 2000

S.O. 64(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by
the Notification No. 33/94 NT Customs dated 1-7-94 of the
Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of
Revenue, New Delhi and in supersession of the Notification
No. 5/96-CUS (NT) MZO dated 13-5-96 issued by the Chief
Commissioner of Customs and Central Excise, Chennai, the
village "MAYANUR" in Kulithalai Taluk in Karur District
in the State of Tamil Nadu is hereby declared to be a
warehousing station under Section 9 of the Customs Act, 1962
(52 of 1962) for the purpose of warehousing imported goods.
