NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th January, 1996
S.O. 37(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 34 and
Sub-section (3) of Section 35 of the Indian Ports Act, 1908 (15 of
106 GI/96 (1)

1908), the Central Government, after consulting the Board of Trustees
for the Port of Bombay as required under Section 36 of the said Act,
hereby exempts the South African Naval Vessel 'SAS DRAKENSBERG1 from
payment of an amount of Rs. 89,353 (Rs. Eigthtynine thousand three
hundred and fiftythree) towards Port dues and fees for pilotage at the
Port of Bombay.
