2. The existing entries at S. No. 45, 51 and 64 ap-
pearing iu the Jist of freely importable items in Sec-
tion A. Consumer Goods, Part II, Paragraph 156 of
the Negative List of Imports, shall be substituted by
the following :—
"45. Adhesives and Sealants except those based
on starch, gum, dextrine, latux, PF, UF and
PVA."
51. Coffee, roasted or decaffeinated—in bulk
packaging, instant Coffee including deca-
ffeinated instant coffee in consumer packs."
64. Paper and paper products falling under Cus-
toms headings 48.01, 48.02, 48.04, 48.05,
48.06, 48.08, 48.10 and 48.19 (except type
of paper appearing at SI. No. 1, Section C,
Part—H, Paragraph 156).
3. The following new entries shall be added at the
end of the list of freely importable items appearing
in Section A. Consumer Goods, Part II, Paragraph
156 of the Negative List of Imports, as under :—
"76. All natural essential oils (in bulk form)
except the following :—>
(i) Sandalwood Oil
(ii) CintroneUa Oil
(iii) Lemon grass Oil
(iv) Eucalyputs Oil
(v) Mentha Arvensis
(vi) Mentha Piperata
(vii) Basil Oil."

Hand-outs meant for free distribution and
