MINISTRY OF LAW, JUSTICE AND COMPANY AFFAIRS (Legislative Department) New Delhi, the 3rd January, 1996/Pausa 13, 1917 (Saka) The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 3rd January, 1996, and is hereby published for general information:— THE APPROPRIATION (NO. 5) ACT, 1995 No. 3 OF 1996 [3rd January, 1996.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of India for the services of the finan- cial year 1995-96. Be it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-sixth Year of the Republic of India us follows:— 1. This Act may be called the Appropriation (No. 5) Act, 1995. Short title 2. From and out of the Consolidated Fund of India there may be paid and applied Issue of sums not exceeding those specified in column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate Rs. 3332,25,00,000 to the sum of three thousand three hundred and thirty-two crores and twenty-five lakh rupees out of the Consolidated towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the fund of India financial year 1995-96, in respect of the services specified in column 2 of the Schedule. for the year 1995-96 3.
