F. No. 35/98/94-E. II:—1. In exercise of the powers conferred under paragraph 16 of the Export and Import Policy,
1992—97, as amended, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Handbook of
Procedures (Volume 1), 1992—97, Revised Edition : April, 1995.
2. The entry at Sl. No. 2 of the Annexure to Public Notice No. 15-ETC (PN)/92—97, dated the 31st March, 1993
appearing in Appendix—XLIII-I of Handbook of Procedures, Vol. I, 1992—97 (Revised Edition : April, 1995) is amended to
read as follows :—
(>) Acetic Anhydride (a) No objection certificate from the Department of Chemicals
(ii) Di-isopropyl Amine and Petrochemicals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers,
(iii) Poly Brominated Biphenyls New Delhi in respect of items 2(ii) to 2(vii).
(iv) Poly Chlorinated Biphenyls
(v) Poly Chlorinated Terphenyls
(vi) Tris (2, 3 Di-Bromopropyl) Phosphate
(vii) Crocidolite (b) No objection certificate from the Narcotics Commissioner
(viii) Ephedrine/Pseudo Ephedrine of India, Gwalior in respect of items 2(i) and 2(viii).
