( 1 ) इन नियमो का प्रति प्रमूविधा ( ग्वान और 743 ( अ ) दिनाक 8 नवम्बर , 19995 के तहत इन मर्कम , ( गंशाधन ) नियम 1995 के नाम में जाना जागा । प्रभावित होने की संभावना बाले व्यक्तियों में इसके प्रकाणित ( 2 ) ये फरवरी .. 14 . के पहन दिन में प्रभावी होने की तिथि में पतालिम दिनों के भीतर नापत्तिया अथव होगे । मृझाव प्रामंत्रित करने के लिए उक्त धाग को उप धार ( 1 ) के द्वारा यथा अपेक्षित रूप में प्रकाशित किया गः 2. प्रति नाम खान पार गर्वग ) नियम 1916936 3 था । 262G1 / 96 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINAY [ PART II _ SEC. 3 ( i )| -- - ( 1 ) नियम 4 में . उप -नियम ( 1 ) में “ अथवा गर्भपात ( 8 ) फार्म " झ " में , शब्द और अंक 'धाग के करवाया गया है अथवा गर्भावस्था , प्रसव , ममय -पूर्व प्रसव स्थान पर' शब्द , अंक और अक्षर “ धारा या 97; " : अथवा गर्भपात में उत्पन्न होने वाले बीमारी में पीड़ित है, " स्थापित किए जाएंगे । शब्दों के स्थान पर ' अथवा गर्भपात करवाया गया है अथ वा मेडिकल टमिनेशन ऑफ प्रिग्नमी अथवा नलबंदी ( 9 ) फार्म " ट '' में - -- आपरेशन करवाया है अथवा गर्भवस्था प्रभव , ममयपूर्व प्रमय अथवा गर्भपात अथवा मेडिकल टमिनेशनल ऑफ प्रिग्नेसी (i ) मैंगग्राफ 1 में, " भिपान ' गद के बाद ". अथवा नल बंदी आपरेशन से उत्पन्न होने वाली बीमारी से भडिकल टीमनगन ने नी " T ! जाट पीडित है " शब्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे , जाएंगे । ( 2 ) नियम 5 में उप -नियम के पश्चात , ( 1 ) पैराग्राफ 3 में , उप -पैगग्राफ ( 1 ) के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित उप पैराग्राफ प्रतिस्थापित किया निम्नलिखित उप-नियम जोडा जाएगा, अर्थात् :--- जाएगा, अर्थात : - -- " ( क ) - अधिनियम की धारा 9क के अन्तर्गत संदत्त मजदूरी का ऐसी मजदूरी प्राप्त करने के लिए पात्र महिला " ( 1 ) अधिनियम के उधों के प्रधान , प्रक को उसके द्वारा फार्म ख में प्रमाणपत्र प्रस्तुत करने पर महिला जिसने इस नियोक्ता के किमी स्थान में अम्मा अड़तालीम घंटे के अंदर भुगतान कर दिया जाएगा " दिन की अवधि ग कम नही , जिनमें वे दिन भी शामिल हैं जिनके दोगन बह काभचंदो पर रही , वास्तव में कांचं ( 3 ) नियम 7 में , ग-नियम ( 3 ) के ग्लंड ( घ ) में किया है , की प्रमत्र के दिन में निरंत पहन और उस दिन अंक " g " के पश्चात प्रक और शब्द ' क ' जोड़ा जाएगा के तत्काल बाद को शेप अवधि के लिए जो ह म साह ( 4 ) फार्म " क " म - गे अधिक के लिए नहीं होगी के लिए वास्तविक अनयिति ( i ) मद ) के गामन "मन्य ' शब्द के स्थान पर की अवधि के लिए पाने ग्रोभन वनिक मजद प्रयवः " मेडिकल टमिनशन ग्राफ प्रिग्नेमी नलवंदी ग्राप त्यनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम , 1948 के अनगन निर्धाग्नि अथवा संशोधिन मजदूरी अथवा दस प्रति दिन को दर म रेशन करवाने मन्यु " मन्द प्रतिस्थापित किए जो भी अधिक हो प्रति प्रसुविधा को अदायगी के लिए जाएंगे हकदार होगा और नियोक्ता पर उसकी दयना हानी , ( ii ) मद 15 के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद जोड़ी जाएगी मर्थात् : - - परन्तु यह कि अरोक्त अम्मी दिन का अकरी अधि उस महिला के सबंध में लागू नहीं होगी जिमन असम " 152 : धारा 9क या अंतर्गत छुट्टी के कारण राज्य में प्राप्रयास किया है और जो आप्रवास' के ममय गर्भवती प्रदा की गयी मजदूरी को धनराशि तारीख थी : महित परन्तु श्रागे यह भी कि जहां महिला की मृत्यु उस अधि ( 5 ) फार्म ' ख ' में ' गर्भपान " शब्द जहां कहीं भी के दोरान हो जाती है जिसके लिए उसे प्रति प्रसुविधा यह पाता है के पश्चात् “ मडिकल टर्मिनेशन ऑफ प्रिग्नेंसी मंदेय है , वहां प्रमुविधा की अदायगी केवल उस दिन तक प्रथया नलबंदी प्रापरेशन " शब्द जोडे जाएगे । और उसके मृत्यु के दिन के हित के लिए की जाएगी ( 6 ) फार्म " च " में --- नयापि , जहा महिला को बच्चे को जन्म देने के बाद , प्रमत्र ( i ) "धारा 9 अयवा ] )'' शब्दों और अंकों के के दौरान अथवा प्रमूति प्रविधा को शेष अवधि के दौरान स्थान पर 'धाग 9क अथवा 10 " शब्द और मृत्यु होती है और दोनों में से किसी मामले में बच्चा जीवित रहता है, तो नियोक्ता को प्रसूति के दिन के बाद की प्रति अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे । । प्रविधा की पूरी अवधि के लिए प्रति प्रसुविधा की अदायगी ( ii ) " गर्भपात " शब्द , जहां कहीं भी यह पाता है , करनी होगी किन्तु यदि उक्त अवधि के दौरान बच्चे की के पश्चात “ मडिकल टमिनेशन ऑफ प्रिग्नेंसी भी मन्य हो जाती है , नब , उम दिन तक और बच्चे को अथवा नलवंदी आपरेशन " शब्द जोड़े जाएंगे । मन्य के दिन महित की अर्वाध के लिए प्रमुनि प्रमुविधा की ( iii ) धारा 5, 8, 9 और 10 " हान्दो यार अंकों अदायगी करनी होगी , क स्थान पर “ धारा 5, 8, 9, 9क और 1 () " गब्द और अंक प्रतिस्थापित किए जाएंगे । ( 3 ) पंग ग्रा . + में , उप-पैराग्राफ ( 4 ) में छह मप्ताह का " शब्दों के स्थान पर "प्रति प्रसुविधा 17) फार्न " ज " में गब्द पार अंक "धारा " के को र अर्वाध की " गद प्रतिस्थापित किन स्थान पर गम, अक योर अक्षर "धारा ५ मा ५ ' प्रति स्थापित किए जाएगे । जाएंग ; भाग II - - अण्ड (i)] भारत का राषपव : प्रसाधारण - - - - - ( 4 ) पैराग्राफ 5 में - - MINISTRY OF LABOUR ( क ) उअ पैराग्राफ ( 1 ) में , “पचचीस रुपए " शब्दों NOTIFICATION के स्थान पर " दो सो पचास रुपए " शब्द प्रति Now Delhi, the 31st January, 1996 . स्थापित किए जाएंगे । G .
