U -23013/ 7 /95 - LW. — In exercise of power conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour ( Regulation & Aboli tion ) Act, 1970 (37 of 1970 ) and in pursuance to the Order dated 23- 3 - 1995 of the Hon 'ble Delhi High Court in Writ Petition No . 4343 of 1994, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby constitutes a Tripartite Committee to go into the question of abolition of Contract Labour System in CITY BANK , N. A . Jeevan Vihar , 3 - Sansad Marg , New Delhi. 2 . The composition of the Committee and its terms ofreference will be as under : - , ( 1 ) Shri Lakshman Ravinder Singh , - -Member Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh , Municipal Quarters, Parade Ground , Jammu. Terms of Reference " To study the working of contract labour system in woth s/jobs of loan disbursement, documentation review , automatic teller machine (ATM ) taped transaction checking, mailing, share issues, functioning of computers and credit ( HT 1 - GG 1 ] 9771 77 1 : HTUTTUI - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - FPT - IT analysis of companies of Citi Bank , NA , Jeevan Vira ", New Delhi and keeping in view the provisions of Section 10 of the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition ) Act, 1970 and to make suitable recommendation whether or not the employment of contract labour in works /jobs of loan disbursement, documentation review , automatic teller machine(ATM ) taped transactions checking ,mailing , share issues , functioning of computers and credit analysis of the companies in Citi Bank , N . A . Jcevan Vilar, New Delhi- 110001 should be prohibited ” . 3 . The headquarters of the Committee will be at New Delhi. The Committee would submit its report within three months without fail in view of the directions of the Hon'ble High Court .
