प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्द्वारा निर्यात पायात नीति 1992 - 97 में निम्नलिखित
संशोधन करती है :
अध्याय - 15 भाग - 2 पैराग्राफ 156, खंण्ड – क , में " तथापि निम्नलिखित मदें
उपभोक्ता वस्तुओं के रूप में नहीं मानी जाएंगी " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम सं . 2
पर दी हुई प्रविष्टि को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा : - -
" दालें । तथापि किसी प्रकार की विषाक्त दालों, उदाहरणार्थ ब्लाचे फल्यूर या
विसिया सतिवा का प्रयात वर्जित है । "
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

File No . IPC: 4/10 ( 42 ) / 13882-83.---- In exercise of the powers conferred
under Paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Export and Import Policy , 1992 – 97 , as amend
od , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the
Export and Import Policy, 1992 - - 97 :-- -
In Chapter XV , Part II, Paragraph 156 , Section A , the entry appearing
at Sr. No . 2 under the heading " However, the following items shall
not be regarded as Consumer gouds" , shall be substituted by the
following : ---
" Pulses. However , the import of any toxic pulses , such as, for
example , Blache Fleur or Vicha Sativa is prohibited ."
