NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd January, 1992
G.S.R. I4(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sic1 ion (1) of
section 16 ol the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Ce=s Act, 1977
(36 of 1977), the Central Government hereby adds [he following to Schedule I
to the Water (.Prevention & Control of Pollution) Cess Act, 1977, namely • —
In Schedule 1 to the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Cess Act,
1977.
(i) In the entries against serial number 10, the following shall be added at
the end, namely :—
''including cotton, synthetic and semi-synthetic fibres manufactured from
these fibres" ;
(ii) in the entries against serial number 15, the following ^hal- he added ei
the end, namely :—
"including processing of milk, meat, hides and skins, all agricultural pro-
ducts and their waste".
