shall be substituted by the following:

signed and sealed as required

of exports as mentioned in thi.

Realisation correspond to
Column 6 of Part E."
(iii) After the exis ing Para 362, the fol-
lowing new para shall be added:
"362-A. On produc tion of Duty
Exemption Entitlement Cert.f.ca e
and fulfilment of the conditions men-
tioned In Para 362, the licensing
authority shall redeem the Bond,
Bank Guarantee or Legal Under-
taking, as the casemay be, and send
tho Duty Exemption Entitlement Cer-
tificate to the concerned custom
authorities for such verification as
they may deem fit, and theredemption
of Bond, Bank Guarantee or Legal
Undertaking shall not preclude the
Custom authorities from taking
action against the licence holder for
any mis-representation, mis-declara-
tion and defaultdetacted subsequent-
ly."
2. The above amendments have been made in public interest.
