MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (Legislative Department) New Delhi, the 16th January, 1991/Pausa 26, 1912 (Saka) The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 15th January, 1991, and is hereby published for general informa- tion;— THE JAMMU AND KASHMIR APPROPRIATION ACT, 1991 No. 5 OF 1991 [15th January, 1991.] An Act to authorise payment and appropriation of certain further sums from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Jammu and Kashmir for the services of the finan- cial year 1990-91- BE it enacted by Parliament in the Forty-first Year of the Republic of India as follows: — 1. This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation Short Act, 1991. title. 2.
