EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING AGENDA Saturday, December 6, 2014, Start Time: 9:30am (with Regional Meetings) Fixed Time Item – 9:30am-10:00am – Region Meetings – Individual Regions Meet Regional Meeting Packets - (Blue Legal Documents – Regional Meetings Packet – separate packet)  Status of Membership Numbers: Member Participation, Leaders, Certified Stewards, Stewards, Members/Non-Members, Member Counts Fixed Time Item – 10:00-10:30am – Connect all Offices via Video Conference – Report Back to Executive Board from Region Meetings Call Meeting to Order – 10:30am Fixed Time Item – 10:30- 10:45am – Open Forum 15 minutes may be used for an open forum for members who wish to comment on issues of concern or describe union victories in their workplace (maximum of 2 minutes addressing items not on the agenda except under special circumstances). Meeting will start when all speakers are completed or at 11:00 whichever comes sooner. If members arrive before 11:00 and the general meeting has begun, it will be suspended for the members’ comments. If Board action is requested, the Board may place the matter on a future agenda. All statements that require a response will be referred to staff for reply in writing. Flag Salute & Determination of Quorum: Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag Quorum determined - (Karen N.) Announcements: Tickets to the Champions for Change event – Please notify Kelly if you wish to attend this two hour event in San Jose - (pages 5-6) Executive Session During Lunch if necessary; Trustee Meeting at lunch if desired.
