Chasing down every possible lead from New Orleans to Biloxi, he engages in one battle after another. Wolfson struggles with the ways of the Church as he seeks to find his own path. When the lives of three nuns from the church are on the line, he fails. Questioning again his faith and whether to continue because of his injury and advancing years, he searches for guidance. Knowing what he must do, Wolfson engages in an epic battle with Stan Williams and his followers and, finally, with the Devil’s beast to save Abbey.
