Eve Insane Obsession contains a title previously examined and classified as a video recording by the Office of Film and Literature Classification. The video recording was classified as "Objectionable except if the availability of the publication is restricted to persons who have attained the age of 18 years", with the descriptive note "Contains explicit sex scenes". This decision was dated 29 August 2001. The DVD version of Eve Insane Obsession contains additional material comprising five trailers for sexually explicit features, still images from the feature, background information about the making of both Eve Insane Obsession and Sex Forever, and biographical details about the women participants in Eve Insane Obsession. There is nothing in the DVD version that requires an alteration to be made to the classification given to the video recording version of the publication. Therefore the previous classification of Eve Insane Obsession as "Objectionable except if the availability of the publication is restricted to persons who have attained the age of 18 years" is appropriate, with the same descriptive note.
