This trainer's manual outlines a 3-day workshop for team training. The schedule for each day is provided, with a detailed breakdown and description of topics to be covered, worksheets, handouts, and support materials for each activity or section; and agenda forms for the trainer. Day one topics include goal setting, challenging paradigms, IST expectations, elements of an effective team, looking at the whole child, and buddy team activities. Day two covers demonstration of a team meeting, several case study simulations, and preparation of a vision video. Day three focuses on agenda setting, team'maintenance, program development, and action planning. Masters for overhead transparencies are included.
