The catalog indexes materials intended for children in kindergarten through grade 6, and is divided into three parts: an annotated title and series index, a subject index, and a multiple title dubbing index. Information on ordering by phone, by mail and in person is provided, as well as instructions on how to contact the library's Media Information Services department for assistance. Procedures for obtaining a dubbing of a video and notes on care and handling of videodiscs are included. The series entries are interspersed throughout the title/series section and refer the user to the appropriate single title entry. The subject index lists specific titles, full descriptions of which appear in the title/series entry section. Title/series entries are listed alphabetically and include the following information: title, producer, media type, annotation, any relevant notes, publication information (when applicable), dubbing availability, audience, dubbing number (when applicable), and call number. The Catalogue of Videorecordings and Films, Kindergarten to Grade 6, 1993 is divided into three parts: an annotated Title and Series Index, a Subject Index and a Multiple Title Dubbing Index. In this Catalogue, there is information on how to order video- recordings, films and videodiscs available for booking and dubbing. In addition, Media Information Services continues to provide teachers with information and reference assistance. Further- NUMBERS more, other personnel involved with the school system (e.g., resource, health, special education, library) are eligible to utilize the Library's services. In addition, educational personnel (e.g., nursery school, government departments) involved in Nursery to Senior 4 education may be eligible to use the collection.
