He is the author or coauthor of three books and a number of journal articles on a variety of public policy topics, such as regional economics, social policy and aging, and new socialmediaandelectionoutcomes.Hismostrecentbook,FamilyCare and Social Capital, was published in 2014. This book examines the increasingimportanceofinformalcareinanagingsociety. Will Hickey is Associate Professor and Technical Advisor, School of GovernmentandPublicPolicy(SGPP),Jakarta,Indonesia.Hehasalso taught International Business at California State University and Uni- versity of Kansas, USA. He was a two-time US Fulbright Professor of HumanResourceManagementandEnergyforCentralAsiaandSouth Asia. He has published extensively in the Harvard JFK Review, Yale Global, South China Morning Post (Hong Kong), and Asian Develop- mentBankInstituteaboutenergy,humanresources,andCSR(corporate socialresponsibility)issues. Heidi Ning Kang Wang-Kaeding holds a BSSc degree in Govern- ment and International Studies from Hong Kong Baptist University. She graduated in 2012 as a Master majoring in Politics and Commu- nicationfromLondonSchoolofEconomicsandPoliticalScience,UK. SheiscurrentlyaPhDcandidateandGraduateTeachingAssistantinthe LSE International Relations Department. Her research focuses on the localization of environmentalism in People’s Republic of China. Heidi haspresentedherworkatnumerousinternationalconferences.Shehas recently published a book chapter on NGOs’ role in the EU–China environmental diplomacy in EU-China Green Cooperation and a book reviewintheJournalofTaiwaninComparativePerspective.
