One building with high radon concentrations, located at Big Springs Trout Hatchery, is eligible for listing on the national registry of historical places. The only effect on this structure due to this project will be to install venting exits either through roof or at some appropriate wall location. This would be installed in a way as not to detract from the buildings exterior appearance. Potential Impacts on Human Environment 5. Human health. The living and working environment will be improved as a result of this project. 10. Demands for government services. This project may result in a one time elevated workload. Increased workload will be in the order of reviewing and acting on plans and specifications and supervising installation of abatement equipment. 11. Industrial & commercial activity. Some increased activity in the order of materials and supplies may occur as a result of this project. 12. Demands for energy. Increased electrical energy and possible a minor increase in fossil fuels may be required during installation.
