The research utilized descriptive method through the use of researchers’ made questionnaire as the primary data gathering tool. Respondents of the study were construction companies within and outside of the province of Nueva Ecija. Data were analysed in terms of payback period, return on investment and net present value. Result reveals that out of abundant waste materials from coconut shells, high quality and eco-friendly coconut tiles can be produced. Design, color and size may vary to suit the varied needs of the construction companies. Also, a 10 percent increase in demand is forecasted every time contract with suppliers is renewed. This can be attributed to the fact that coconut tiles do not exist in the current market. The proposed plant with a measurement of 600 square meters will be located at Brgy.
