Set your BBQ grill for medium heat and lightly, grease the grill grate. 2. Scrub the potato and then, make 4 slits almost through to bottom. 3. Insert 1 onion slice into each potato slit. 4. Place the butter on top of the potato in the form of the butter. 5. Season with the salt and pepper and drizzle with the oil. 6. With a piece of the foil, wrap the potato tightly. 7.
