Now add in the water and cook for 6 more mins. 6. Create a risotto by adding 1 ladle of simmering broth to the rice. 7. Let it absorb into the rice and then add another ladle full. 8. While adding the broth stir the contents. Once you have added the broth let everything cook for 20 mins then pour in your asparagus. 9. Shut the heat and add your lemon juice, parmesan, and zest. 10.
