Without a doubt, since the last two years in which all of us were touched in some fundamental way by the COVID-19 pandemic, the idea of research work and developing academic content and online education in the new normal has shown our resilience and zeal for imparting knowledge. After going through the book, I felt it has incorporated the effect and impact of COVID 19 on foreign direct investment, balance of payment, and globalization. Also, it has brought insights on how the international financial markets have transitioned during the pandemic. I am extremely proud of the way each and every author worked together to share their research work for the mission of the common good and dissemination of knowledge in the toughest of times. The book has incorporated all the contemporary developments and historical facts as well to make a comprehensive study material for scholars to find all gamut of International Finance in one place. From the real-world examples to mandatory requirements, many aspects have been dealt with. The book presents case studies and small cases allow for a better understanding from real data. The book focuses on subject matters logically and gradually guides the reader from the introductory phase to higher difficulty level concepts. I appreciate the efforts of all the authors as they have tried to put light on the financial aspect across borders, currency exchange rate regimes and adoption of various types of foreign exchange rates, covering China and Sri Lanka as well. We all know that learning and improvements do not have limits; still, the book is worth reading. Readers can learn different aspects of International Financial Management in one place.
