Good morning,

The language I found on the 1, 2, 3 strikes you’re out was in the last version that Randy did. But it only had it for
two strikes and it was contained in Section VI.C. Additional requirements - any pipeline carrying "Treated
produced water”, see below:

3. Any second leak or spill within the same authorization will require operations to be shut-down until the operator discusses the
matter with BLM.

Would you like me to incorporate this language into current document?

Thank you for looking into the language of the document. This is not the language that I had in mind. I think the current
language we have will be fine and I will look in my old e-mails documents for Language I had in mind. Thank you for
looking into it.

Sorry, I couldn’t remember if you wanted me to include this in the policy or not? I can add it to the Non-
Compliance sec�on on the last page. Since the ranchers wanted to know what trespass really meant to a company,
I don’t think it would hurt anything to add it.
