Companies Act, 1956 for the winding up of the above Respondent Company by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on
15.12.2015 was presented by Mr. Liam Brown and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court on

The Hon’ble High court of Delhi vide order dated 23.01.2018 passed in C.P. 969/2015 appointed the Official
Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator of the Company and directed the Official Liquidator to publish the
advertisement of petition. The next date of hearing in the said petition is fixed for 07.02.2019 at 10:30 A.M.
Any creditor, contributory or other person desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the
said petition should send to the undermentioned notice of his intention signed by him or his advocate with his name and
address, so as to reach the undermentioned not later than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing of the petition i.e
07.02.2019 and appear at the hearing for the purpose in person or by his advocate. A copy of petition will be furnished
by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory on payment of the prescribed charges for the same.
Any affidavit intended to be used in opposition to the petition should be filed in Court, and a copy served on
the petitioner or his advocate, not less than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing.
