Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following Order to amend the Delhi Specified Articles (Regulation of Distribution ) Order, 1981, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.—(i) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Delhi Gazette. (ii) This order may be called the Delhi Specified Articles (Regulation of Distribution) (Amendment) Order, 2020. 2. Amendment of clause 6:- in the Delhi Specified Articles (Regulation of Distribution) Order, 1981, in clause 6, for sub-clause 7, the following sub-clause, shall be substituted, namely:- “7. Any person aggrieved by the Order of the Commissioner passed under sub-clauses (5) and (6) may prefer an appeal, in writing, before the Financial Commissioner, Delhi Administration, Delhi. The procedure laid down in regard to submission of appeal before the Commissioner under sub-clauses (1) to (5) shall mutatis-mutandis apply to the appeals before the Financial Commissioner, Delhi Administration, under this sub-clause.” By Order and in the Name of Lt.
