No. F. 18/73/2015/Home (G)/527-36.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs,
Notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of National Capital
Territory of Delhi is pleased to delegate the powers of Executive Magistrate in the Metropolitan area of Delhi upon Sh.
Gurmit Singh, Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, till he holds the present post or
till further orders, whichever is earlier.
