No. 3136(E) dated 27th September, 2017, the Lt. Governor, National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby amends the Delhi Removal of Licensing Requirements, Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions Foodstuffs Order, 2017, namely – 1. Short Title and Commencement.—(1) This order may be called the Delhi Removal of Licensing Requirements, Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions Foodstuffs (First Amendment) Order, 2018. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Delhi Gazette. 2. In the Delhi Removal of Licensing Requirements, Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions Foodstuffs Order, 2017 in clause 3, in sub-clause (2) in item (ii), for the figures, letters and word “30th September, 2017”, the figures, letters and word “30th September, 2018” shall be substituted. (1) This order may be called the Delhi Removal of Licensing Requirements, Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions Foodstuffs (Second Amendment) Order, 2018. (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Delhi Gazette. 2.
