DHE 18 (6)/ SFRC/2016-17/206.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Delhi Professional Colleges or Institutions (Prohibition of Capitation Fee, Regulation of Admission, Fixation of Non-Exploitative Fee and other Measures to Ensure Equity and Excellence) Act, 2007, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby constitutes the following Regulatory Committee for the purpose of determining fee for pursuing courses in privately managed institutions offering different courses in the National Capital Territory of Delhi and to perform the functions assigned to it in the Act, namely:- State Fee Regulatory Committee (i) Chairperson Sh. Ramesh Narayanaswami, IAS (Retd.) Ex- Chief Secretary, GNCT of Delhi. (ii) Member Sh. Brijendra Singh Jain, Charted Accountant (nominated by Chairperson) (iii) Member Prof. Rajive Kumar Advisor-I, AICTE, as Representative of All India Council of Technical Education. (iv) Member Vice-Chancellor of GGSIP University or his representative (v) Member Secretary (Training and Technical Education) (vi) Member Secretary (Health and Family Welfare).
