(ii) They shall come into force at once. Amendment of Bye-Law No. 51. - In the Najafgarh Marketing Committee Bye-Laws, 2004, in Bye-Law No. 51, the penalty for obstructing the market area from keeping neat and clean for imposing fine/ penalty of two thousand rupees instead of Rs.
