Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to appoint Shri Rajiv Mohan, Advocate, as Special Public Prosecutor to conduct case FIR No:135/2013 under section 307/186/353/34 Indian Penal Code, 1860, P.S. Alipur and other related matters arising out of the said FIR on behalf of the State, in the Court of competent jurisdiction. Fee payable to Shri Rajiv Mohan, Advocate shall be as under: -- I.
