FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Mr. S.H. Budhwani and Mr. Sohil Budhwani, be and are hereby severally authorized to execute all such deeds, documents and writings, as may be necessary on behalf of the Company, including filing of the necessary forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies; and affixing digital signatures and all other relevant authorities; and do all such other acts, matters and things, necessary, proper or desirable, in connection with or incidental to giving effect to the purposes of the above resolution."
