Delhi, the 19th January, 2015
No. F.1 (25)/DDMA(HQ)/DDMA-RULES/2013/PF-1152-74.—In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 14 read with clause (s) of Section 2 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, ( 53 of
2005) and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Lieutenant Governor of the
National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby establishes for the purposes of the said Act, an authority to be known as " The
Delhi Disaster Management Authority" ( for short called the "State Authority") for the National Capital Territory of Delhi
which shall consist of the following:—

sections (1) and (2) of Section 20 read with clause(s) of Section 2 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of 2005) and
in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital
Territory of Delhi, hereby constitutes the State Executive Committee of the Delhi Disaster Management Authority
constituted under section 14 of the said Act. The State Executive Committee shall consist of the following :—

No. Fl (25)/DDMA(HQ)/DDMA-RULES/2013/pF4/52-74.—In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 25 read with clause (s) of section 2 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 (53 of
2005) and in supersession of all previous orders/notifications issued in this behalf, the Lieutenant Governor of the
National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby establishes a District Disaster Management Authority (for short called the
"District Authority") for each of the districts in. the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Every District Disaster
Management Authority shall consist of the following :—
(i) Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) of the District.(cid:9) - Chairperson, ex-officio.
(ii) Elected representatives (MLAs/Councillor)(cid:9) - Co-Chairperson, ex-officio.
of the District nominated by the Lieutenant Governor.
(iii) Additional District Magistrate of the District/ (cid:9) - Member, ex-officio.

Delhi, the 19th January, 2015
No. F. 18/284/2013-HOME(G)/257-267.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20
of the Code Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs,
Notification S. 0. No. 183(E), dated the 20th March, 1974, the Hon'ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of
Delhi is pleased to appoint and confer powers of Special Executive Magistrate upon all the Returning Officer (ROs), Head
of all Flying Squad Teams, Head of all Static Surveillance Teams and Sector Officers during forthcoming General
Election to the Delhi Legislative Assembly Election-2015, w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge till they hold the said
posts in the Election Department or till further order, whichever is earlier.
