No. F. 5(54)/Poliey/VAT/2013/PF/659-670.—Whereas the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, in
accordance with the principle of reciprocity has requested the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi to grant
facility of VAT exemption/refund to Embassy of the Republic of Latvia in New Delhi, for its official use as well as for the
personal use of the diplomats vide their Letter No. D-11/451/12(1)/2014 dated 17th November, 2014.

Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 03 of 2005), I hereby make the following amendments in the Sixth Schedule of
the said Act,

In the Sixth Schedule appended to the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 (Delhi Act 03 of 2005), in Entry No.1,

/CC/MB/UD/2014/07.—In order dated 21-08-2014, Hon'ble High Court in WP(C) No. 5083 of
2011 titled East Laxmi Market Senior Citizen Resident Association Vs. MCD & Ors., has directed for setting up of a
"Coordination Board" of land owning agencies and service providers so as to delineate as to which land owning agency
owns which area/road and which authority is responsible for providing various civic amenities as well as for removal of
encroachments. The Hon'ble Court had further directed that coded plan as well as the scope and jurisdiction of each
authority should be spelt out on the website of this Government, so that a common citizen knows as to which authority is
to be approached for which relief
Section 11 of Delhi Geospatial Data Infrastructure Act, 2011 provides for composition of "Regulatory
Authority". As one of the responsibilities of this "Regulatory Authority" is same as that of "Coordination Board" as
directed by Hon'ble High Court, it is hereby directed that the regulatory authority as provided in section 1
I of Delhi
Geospatial Data Infrastructure Act, 2011 shall function as "Coordination Board" as well. The constitution of regulatory
authority as provided in the Act is as follows :

The "Regulatory authority", which will also perform the function of "Coordination Board", may
co-opt any other land owning agencies/service providers namely Forest Deptt., DJB, Revenue Dept

1&FC, DDA, three Municipal Corporations, NDMC, DCB as it deems necessary for expedient discharge of its functions.
