In a large pan, heat the oil on medium heat and sauté the onion till tender. 2. Stir in the lentils, garlic, curry powder, cumin and cayenne pepper and cook for about 2 minutes. 3. Stir in the tomatoes, garbanzo beans, kidney beans, raisins, salt and pepper. 4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
