TheSpanish ClubwenttoSpainwhiletheGermanClubexperienced differentsitesinGermany. FromJune12to30.ninestudentsandthreechaperonsspen tendaysinSpainandtraveledtomanylocationsincluding NorthAfricatoseeMorocco. "Itwasalearningexperienceto seethepovertyandthedifferentwayoflife."saidjuniorJenny Pettit. TheGermantripwasquitedifferentthisyear,because studentswerepairedwithahostfamilyinBeilefeld,Germany forthreeweeks. Eachhostfamilyhadachildthatattended thesameschoolastheGHSstudents. EventhoughtheGoshen studentswereontheirsummervacation,theywererequiredto attendclassesinthemorning. TheirtripstartedJune15and theyreturnedbackonJuly13. Theygatheredintheauditoriumwhere theymettheirSRTteachersandbecameacquaintedwiththeir fellowclassmates.
