(On September 26, 2018, District Three Potce Officer Donte Hil (Pada) was dlepatched to 2097
McHenry Avenue for a family rouble (CPD180826000078), During the radio run Oficer Hill usod
excessive profane lnnguage fourtean times in an inappropriate way. The way Officer Hil used the
profane fanguage was not “Verbat Stunning’. Some examples of Officer Hil's language on the
radio tun are that got darnn alechol out here got yousglers acting stupic’, “because I'm pissed
the Ajit off that’s why", ‘The entire incident can be viewed on Officer Hills body camera
(ETS#2108-240434),

“This is Officer Hil's second violation inthe fast 96 months. The previous instance occured on
‘August 4", 2017 {ETS#2017-227589). In this occurrence Officer Mill received counseling,
documentad via an ESL ontry,
