This was my first real D trip to the Apple Isle, after spending a fleeting 24 hours in Hobart in 2017. A O If I was infatuated then, you could say now I’m completely head over heels in R Y R love with the island state. So much so, if you look at my computer search history, T N you’ll find Tasmanian real estate websites. Another country dream is born! U O C The highlight of the trip was Walk on kunanyi’s Wild Wellness Fire and Ice S S Walk. A group of us strolled along a picturesque track, learning facts about the E R D bush from Andy Crawford of Walk on kunanyi. One of my great joys is a very hot bath… and I mean very hot. O T E Driving up the East Coast was also memorable – the scenery was spectacular. L T S My destination was Triabunna to stay at Triabunna Barracks (see page 118), A C an 1840s sandstone stables and barracks that has been painstakingly restored.
