Rental Terms: Most equipment featured in this catalog is offered for rent on a daily, weekly or monthly
basis. All rentals and purchases are subject to any applicable taxes. Contact your nearest Ahern location
for more information.

Ahern Rentals conducts business on both a cash and credit account basis. Customers not holding a credit
account will be required to pay for the rental in advance, plus any accessory items purchased. Additional
4 deposits may also be required, depending on the type of equipment rented.

Two forms of identification are required from all non-credit account customers, preferably a current driver’s
license and a credit card. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check or credit card. We accept MasterCard,
Visa, American Express and Discover.
Customers who rent on a frequent basis may be eligible for a credit account, subject to creditworthiness and
other factors, and subject to terms and conditions of Ahern Rentals. To learn more about an Ahern business

DELIVERY & PICK UP
Ahern Rentals maintains an extensive delivery fleet to provide responsive equipment transport for our customers
at competitive rates. Should you elect to transport the equipment yourself, our knowledgeable personnel
can advise you on a suitable vehicle type. We also offer trailers for rent specially designed to transport our
equipment.
The equipment listed in this catalog reflects the most current models and specifications available at the time of printing. However, we are constantly expanding and
upgrading our equipment fleet, so you may encounter slightly different equipment at any given Ahern Rental location, but with no compromise in performance or
reliability. All diagrams, photos, working envelopes and load charts are provided for illustrative purposes only. Please verify with your representative at time of rental.

All Ahern Rentals equipment is maintained to the highest of standards and is delivered to our customers ready to work.
All Ahern Rentals locations have a fully-equipped workshop with a team of factory trained, certified technicians ready
to service or repair equipment, either in the workshop or on a job site. Ahern Rentals’ technicians can help to minimize
downtime and protect valuable equipment. They can service and repair most leading brands of forklifts, scissor lifts,
boom lifts and general construction equipment.
Routine service and preventative maintenance is essential to keep equipment running safely and at peak performance.
Services available at Ahern Rentals include quarterly and annual service inspections and radio dispatched service
technicians for a fast response and quick turnaround time on most repairs.

DON F. AHERN: CEO & CHAIRMAN, AHERN RENTALS
Don F. Ahern is the owner of Ahern Rentals, the largest independently owned equipment rental company in S
the nation. Don joined the family business to help his father and Ahern Rentals founder, John P. Ahern. Don E
continued to work at his father’s shop until he started his own business at age 23. He decided to continue HI
working in the rental industry, but focused on renting out high reach equipment, such as boom lifts and scissor P
lifts, which he saw as a growing area of demand. In 1990, Don purchased Ahern Rentals from his father and A
integrated his high reach rental business to expand the rental fleet. A true entrepreneur, Don continued to grow R
Ahern Rentals, expanding the business across Nevada, California and beyond. G

In 1999, Don purchased a forklift manufacturer in Oregon called Western Attachment Company. It was Don’s goal I

to develop a heavy-duty high reach telehandler that exceeded the quality of the existing products already on the
market. After investing in an engineering team and relocating the business to Las Vegas, Nevada, Don launched
Xtreme Manufacturing™ in 2003. Xtreme has become synonymous with innovation and durability in the industry
and the brand has become the industry leader in North America for high capacity, heavy-duty telehandlers
including the multi award-winning, Xtreme XR7038. The Xtreme XR7038 is North America’s highest capacity
telehandler capable of lifting up to 70,000 lbs.

Expanding his involvement in equipment manufacturing and drawing on his experience with high reach
equipment, Xtreme ManufacturingTM acquired a 51% stake in SnorkelTM, a global manufacturer of aerial work
platforms in October 2013.

Don believes that the continued success of his family business is in hiring the best talent and putting it to work
for the benefit of its customers.

Don attended Brigham Young University (BYU) and donates to the expansion of its engineering department.
Ahern Rentals’ ‘Make a Difference’ program contributes to the community and charities across Las Vegas and the
United States. Don lives with his wife in Las Vegas, Nevada.

EVAN AHERN: PRESIDENT, AHERN RENTALS
Evan Ahern is the president at Ahern Rentals as well as the founder of Ahern IT, a dedicated information
technology solutions provider. Evan also sits on the Global Senior Executive Management Team that oversees
the Ahern family of companies, alongside his father Don. A native of Las Vegas, Evan attended Bonanza High
School and received high honors. After graduating from high school, Evan attended the University of Nevada Las
Vegas, graduating in 1998 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations and
Information Systems.

Evan started out in the rental equipment industry as a paint booth worker, employed by his father. After
graduating, Evan brought together a team to form the Information System Services department which went
on to become Ahern IT. Evan has become a leader in the telematics industry with the formation of GPSPro, a
satellite system used to track equipment for rental and sales customers. GPSPro is the industry’s leading fleet
management, tracking and dispatching solution.

As a former Eagle Scout, Evan strives to always have a plan and create high quality solutions that bring efficiency,
effectiveness and return on investments for customers.

Evan is actively involved in the local community and supports causes involving health, children, education,
politics, and science and technology. Evan lives with his wife and four daughters in Las Vegas, Nevada.
