The publications within “Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing” are primarily proceedings of important conferences, symposia and congresses. They cover significant recent developments in the field, both of a foundational and applicable character. An important characteristic feature of the series is the short publication time and world-wide distribution. This permits a rapid and broad dissemination of research results. ** Indexing: The books of this series are submitted to ISI Proceedings, EI-Compendex, DBLP, SCOPUS, Google Scholar and Springerlink ** More information about this series at http://www.springer.com/series/11156 Yo-Ping Huang Wen-June Wang (cid:129) (cid:129) Hoang An Quoc Le Hieu Giang (cid:129) (cid:129) Nguyen-Le Hung Editors Computational Intelligence Methods for Green Technology and Sustainable Development Proceedings of the International Conference GTSD2020 123 Editors Yo-Ping Huang Wen-June Wang Department ofElectrical Engineering Department ofElectrical Engineering National Taipei University of Technology National Central University Taipei, Taiwan Jhongli City,Taoyuan Hsien, Taiwan Hoang AnQuoc LeHieu Giang University of Technology andEducation University of Technology andEducation HoChiMinh City,Vietnam HoChiMinh City,Vietnam Nguyen-Le Hung University of Da Nang Danang City,Vietnam ISSN 2194-5357 ISSN 2194-5365 (electronic) Advances in Intelligent Systems andComputing ISBN978-3-030-62323-4 ISBN978-3-030-62324-1 (eBook) https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-030-62324-1 ©TheEditor(s)(ifapplicable)andTheAuthor(s),underexclusivelicense toSpringerNatureSwitzerlandAG2021 Thisworkissubjecttocopyright.AllrightsaresolelyandexclusivelylicensedbythePublisher, whether thewholeorpartofthematerialisconcerned, specificallytherightsoftranslation, reprinting, reuseof illustrations, recitation, broadcasting, reproduction on microfilms or in any other physical way, and transmissionorinformationstorageandretrieval, electronicadaptation, computersoftware, orbysimilar ordissimilarmethodologynowknownorhereafterdeveloped. The GTSD International Conference is a prestigious organized bi-annual event created to provide an international scientific research forum in the tech- nologies and applications of green technology and sustainable development in the industrial revolution 4.0, with a focus on computational intelligence methods and techniques.TheareasofGTSDarepower, energy, newmaterialandenvironmental engineeringandadvancesincomputationalintelligenceandtheirapplicationstothe real world. The conference is structurally organized in order to promote the active partici- pation of all attendees and presenters, via plenary presentation sessions, keynote addresses, interactive workshops and panel discussion, to find out how power, energy, new material and environmental engineering and advances in computa- tional intelligence are applied in various domains. The aim was to further increase thebodyofknowledgeinthisspecificareabyprovidingaforumtoexchangeideas and discuss results. The program committee of GTSD2020 represented 11 countries, and authors submitted 130 papers from 9 countries. This certainly attests to the widespread, international importance of the theme of the conference. Each paper was reviewed on the basis of originality, novelty and rigorousness. After the reviews, 54 papers were accepted for presentation and published in the proceedings. We would like to take this opportunity to express our deep appreciation to all authors, participants, keynote speakers, program committee members, session chairs, organizingcommitteemembersandsteeringcommitteemembersaswellas the organizers in their various roles for their contribution to make the GTSD2020 successful, given the global surge in green technology research action for sus- tainable development. We highly appreciate their efforts and kindly invite all to continue to contribute to future GTSD conferences. v Contents Artificial Intelligence and Cyber Systems Mobile Data Traffic Offloading with Content Centric Networking . . . . . 3 Dung Ong Mau, Tuyen Dinh Quang, Anh Phan Tuan, Nga Vu Thi Hong, and Quyen Le Ly Quyen Temporal Features Learning Using Autoencoder for Anomaly Detection in Network Traffic . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 15 Nguyen Thanh Van, Le Thanh Sach, and Tran Ngoc Thinh A Computer-Aided Detection to Intracranial Hemorrhage by Using Deep Learning: A Case Study . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 27 Kien G.
