In addition, an effort has been made to use other phrases and terms, including acts by popular name and frequently used nonlegal terms. Boldface headings generally contain references to specific sections, constitutional provisions, and court rules and treat the subject matter exhaustively unless references are made to other boldface headings. For example, under the boldface heading "ARSON", the user should find all statutory sections, constitutional provisions, and courtrules dealing with the topic of arson except those statutory sections relating to arson information reporting that have been indexed under "INSURANCE**. The user is directed to the boldface heading "IN- SURANCE** through use ofacross reference.
